Hello Friends:
As you know, I have embarked upon a mission to raise at least a billion dollars for people affected by HIV/AIDS in South Africa with The Alive with Clive Top 20.
This mission is part of my promise for the world, which is that:
“By 2030 every person on the planet is lit up, fully self-expressed, and living passionately, creating an upward spiral of brilliance and joy beyond belief!”
In a recent Blog post, “The Lazarus Effect: Shining A Light On AIDS In Africa,” which you’ll see when you click here, I alluded to the disturbing statistics relating to the AIDS crisis in Africa. In particular, I noted that of the 22 million people in Africa who are HIV positive, currently only 3 million are receiving life-sustaining antiretroviral medication at a cost of 40 cents a day on a daily basis.
I was, however, pleased to learn about an encouraging breakthrough in the field of AIDS research in the past few days from a news item that was sent to me by Holly Yee. By the end of last month, I used the last remaining funds I’ve had available for this project. It has therefore now become necessary for me to secure additional funding so I can accomplish my objective.
Over the past couple of weeks, I have made as much progress as possible with my plan to raise at least a billion dollars for people affected by HIV/AIDS in South Africa with The Alive with Clive Top 20.
To this end, I created a “The Exciting Brand New Alive with Clive YouTube Video Clip Contest!” to make many more people aware of musicians eligible for inclusion in The Alive with Clive Top 20, and unveiled The Alive with Clive Top 20 Plan, in which I discuss how I intend to accomplish my objective. This plan is available for all to see through a link to the right of the video clip on the Home Page of www.alivewithclive.tv. I have also made a summary of this plan in a Power Point Presentation with ten slides available through a link on the Home Page of www.alivewithclive.tv, just under the link to the plan. In addition, I issued two Press Releases, one on July 9, 2010, which you’ll see when you click here, and the second on July 15, 2010, which you’ll see when you click here.
I am now in a position to approach major corporations and devote attention to obtaining the necessary sponsorship for my plan.
I do, however, need more time to make the necessary connections, and funding to stay on track.
In the overall scheme of things, I don’t need that much in the way of funding – just a few thousand dollars.
Based on all the progress I have made, the relationships I have established, the knowledge and skills I have acquired, and the infrastructure I have in place, I will be able to cause those few thousand dollars to do the work of millions of dollars very soon.
But in the meantime, I am looking for 25 or more people to be my Angels so that no one has to pay more than $20 to enable me to continue to make progress, stay focused, and accomplish my objective.
A week ago, a friend of mine, Penny Conlon, ordered ten “I’m Alive with Clive” T-shirts to give away to friends. Unbeknownst to her, she caused me to think of the idea I’m about to present to you, and she is my first Angel!

I will pay the shipping for delivery of a batch of ten or more “I’m Alive with Clive” T-shirts to anywhere in the United States. With orders for at least 250 T-shirts within the next few days, I will have the funds to order and ship the T-shirts, stay on track and avoid any interruption in the progress I am making.
It will also buy me time and provide me with the momentum to approach major corporations and invite them to become Alive with Clive Top 20 Plan Launchers, as described in the Press Release I issued on July 15, which you’ll see when you click here, and on the Web page you’ll see when you click here.
As previously mentioned, I find it particularly alarming that thousands of people are dying from AIDS in Africa every day from a treatable and preventable disease, and I want to do everything in my power to alleviate suffering and revitalize health for as many people as possible as quickly as possible.

“In what way is what you’re doing the answer to someone’s prayer somewhere?”
I believe that what I am doing is an answer to the prayers of millions who are suffering.
